All Borrowers (Continued)
- Latest pay-stubs (2) to cover at least a 30 days
- Last two year's Tax Returns, all schedules including W-2 forms
- Lease agreements for all rental properties
- Gift letter completed by all parties and signed by bank teller, copy of deposit slip with account balance
- Copy of Driver's License, Green Card, or Visa, and Social Security card.
- Conventional Sales Contract, including a check for appraisal fee of $350 for owner occupied purchase/refinance; $450 for non-owner occupied purchases/refinance
- Conventional Disclosures
