All Borrowers
- Complete Loan Application
- Check or money order for credit report ($65)
- Landlord's name, phone number, and address for all properties listed on 1003.
- Bankruptcy discharge papers, all pages
- Final divorce decree, all pages, and proof of child support
- Checking and savings account statements for last three months, all pages
- Statements, all pages, for all other accounts, including 401K, IRA's, mutual funds, profit sharing, etc.
- Award letter, for all other income listed (i.e. VA benefit, social security)
